MusucBags - Lite

Following the remarkable success of the Selk Bag (a wearable sleeping bag with arms and legs for those of you who didn't already know), its crazy inventors spawned a new and improved range, mysteriously named the 'MusucBag'. The MusucBag Lite is the latest version. It's basically the same as the original but made of a lighter material with a few improvements. The hand zips have been replaced with a more convenient veleco'd hand opening which makes doing stuff while suited up even easier and the stuff sack has a new compression system so it packs down smaller.

The suit lining is still made from improved soft-touch nylon and padded with uprated Polyester Hollow Fibre Bonded filling which is suitable for temperatures between 8-25°C. Of course different people feel temperatures differently, and it depends what you wear underneath. If you're into the whole thermal kit then the Musuc Lite will keep you warmer at lower temperatures!

Being able to sit round the campfire drinking your tea, whilst still in your sleeping bag, is about as good as it gets when camping - and will make all your fellow campers green with envy, and quite possible blue with cold. 

The MusucBag Lites are available in Anthracite (basically black) and True Blue, and come in two sizes, the large is for people between 170 and 185cm tall, and the Extra Large for between 185 and 205cm tall. From our experience we suggest you err on the larger size if you're close to 180-185, as you want to have a little room for movement and confort while sleeping.

Why anyone would want to squeeze themselves into a cocoon sleeping bag ever again is quite beyond us, the MusucBags make camping an utter joy - and you can keep your heating costs down at home by poddling about in your very own walking bed.
