Anaheim Chillies:
Anaheim is green in colour, approximately half a foot long and it's strength is mild to medium hot. The Anaheim has a Scoville rating of 500 to 2,500.
Hungarian Hot Wax:
The Hungarian Hot Wax Pepper is pale yellow in colour and is medium hot, and has a Scoville rating of 5,000 to 15,000.
Jalapeno:
The Jalapeno is small to medium is size, and is known for the warm burning sensation when eaten. It has a Scoville rating of 2,500 to 8,000.
Tabasco:
The tabasco pepper is best known for it's use in tabasco sauce and pepper vinegar. Tabasco peppers have a Scoville rating of 30,000 to 50,000.
Tepin:
Tepin chilli peppers are small, round or slightly oval. In 1997 the Tepin peppers were named the official native pepper of Texas.
