One click of a button and the mini pump will pump out 75% of the oxygen (which is what makes your wine turn rubbish) ensuring that it stays in tip top condition, for up to seven days. Though how anyone can leave an open wine bottle untouched for that long is a mystery. As well as preserving your Pinot it also has a temperature gauge, beutifully backlit, for those who are sticklers for sipping their Syrah at the perfect temp.
